Cheryl E. Felder-Brannon is an integrative life coach, health coach, food-as-medicine educator, and founder of CEFB Integrative Life Coaching.

For more than sixteen years, she has coached women through seasons of change, healing, self-reclamation, and unapologetic wellness.

Her work is rooted in the belief that self-priority is not selfish—it is necessary.

This workshop is for women who are tired of putting themselves last, struggling with guilt around self-care and putting themselves first, or ready to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

What should I bring?

Bring a notebook, your favorite beverage, and an open heart. You'll have opportunities to reflect and write throughout the workshop.

How long is the workshop?

The workshop is approximately 90 minutes.

Why do you call this a conversation instead of a workshop?

Because you'll be invited to reflect, share (if you choose), and engage—not just listen. My goal is for every woman to leave feeling seen, heard, and reminded that her life matters too.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable.

Is this a class or a sales presentation?

No. This is a guided conversation about self-priority, identity, joy, loneliness, and reclaiming yourself.
